Mil pañuelos al viento: Gala Folclórica 2026

El pasado viernes 25 de septiembre, nuestro colegio celebró su esperada Gala Folclórica “Mil pañuelos al viento: un viaje por Chile, sus paisajes, sus raíces y su memoria”, en el Gimnasio Ex San Javier, en una jornada llena de música, danza y tradiciones que permitieron destacar la riqueza cultural de nuestro país.
Durante esta significativa actividad, estudiantes de todos los niveles demostraron su talento, entusiasmo y compromiso a través de diversas presentaciones folclóricas que recorrieron las distintas zonas de Chile, dando vida a bailes tradicionales como “Levántate, hombre flojo”, “Pascuense” (danza Rapa Nui), “La Tejedora”, “Trote Nortino”, “El Pequén”, “Chapecao”, “Polka”, “La Diablada”, “Cueca”, “Tobas”, “Rapa Nui”, “Caporal” y “Chamamé”.
El Taller de Danza también se hizo presente en esta celebración, con una emotiva presentación al ritmo de “Ven a nacer conmigo, hermano”, sumándose a esta experiencia artística que puso en valor nuestras raíces, identidad y patrimonio cultural.
A través de cada presentación, nuestros estudiantes no solo compartieron sus habilidades artísticas, sino que también demostraron el valor de mantener vivas nuestras tradiciones, fortaleciendo el sentido de pertenencia y el respeto por la diversidad cultural que caracteriza a nuestro país.
Agradecemos a nuestros estudiantes por su dedicación y entusiasmo, a los docentes y asistentes que hicieron posible esta hermosa gala, y a las familias por su constante apoyo y acompañamiento. Su compromiso y participación fueron fundamentales para dar vida a esta significativa celebración, que nos invita a sentir orgullo por nuestras raíces y a mantener vivo el folclore chileno en las nuevas generaciones.
On Friday, September 25, our school celebrated its much-anticipated Folklore Gala, “A Thousand Handkerchiefs in the Wind: A Journey Through Chile’s Landscapes, Roots, and Memories,” at the Ex San Javier Gymnasium. It was a day filled with music, dance, and traditions that highlighted the rich cultural heritage of our country.
During this special event, students from all grade levels showcased their talent, enthusiasm, and dedication through a variety of folkloric performances representing different regions of Chile. The dances included “Levántate, Hombre Flojo,” “Pascuense” (Rapa Nui dance), “La Tejedora,” “Trote Nortino,” “El Pequén,” “Chapecao,” “Polka,” “La Diablada,” “Cueca,” “Tobas,” “Rapa Nui,” “Caporal,” and “Chamamé.”
The Dance Workshop also took part in the celebration with a heartfelt performance of “Ven a Nacer Conmigo, Hermano,” adding to this artistic experience that celebrated our roots, identity, and cultural heritage.
Through each performance, our students not only shared their artistic abilities but also highlighted the importance of keeping our traditions alive, strengthening their sense of belonging and respect for the cultural diversity that characterizes our country.
We would like to thank our students for their dedication and enthusiasm, our teachers and educational support staff for making this wonderful gala possible, and our families for their continued support and encouragement. Their commitment and participation were essential in bringing this meaningful celebration to life, reminding us to take pride in our roots and preserve Chilean folklore for future generations.
